Happy Wednesday Scribblers. I hope you are having a fantastic week. This last weekend I was at the Spooky Book Faire at the San Mateo Public Library (check them out here). The event was arranged by Emerian (Emz) Rich (find her here) of Horror Addicts (learn more here) the event was free to the public and there were book readings, spooky themed games (I did Halloween trivia) and snacks.
We had about ten authors and two organizations there for visitors to come and check out.
This is the second year that we have had this event, and it’s always a wonderful day and everyone gets into the spirit.
For my part I read from my novel; Golden Hills Haunting (click here to learn more). It was nice to be out and reading from one of my books again and chatting with folks about how I developed the story. As some of you may know, I had the opportunity to interview a retired Catholic Exorcist, two priests, and Loyd Auerbach (find him here) who is involved with the Bay Area Ghost Hunters (find them here) .
As with last year the event was terrific, there were so many readers there and I believe they all had a great time. A special thank you to the staff of the Library for hosing us, they were so of our biggest supports on the day.
